1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Islamabad Pest Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Islamabad Pest Control provides pest management, control, and elimination services, as well as various cleaning services including waterproofing, heatproofing, tank cleaning, carpet cleaning, and sofa cleaning. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a service agreement or quotation.

3. Scheduling and Access

3.1. You agree to provide our technicians with access to all areas of the property necessary for the performance of the agreed services.

3.2. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4.2. For ongoing service contracts, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the contract.

4.3. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Service Guarantee

5.1. We stand behind our services and offer a satisfaction guarantee for all pest control treatments.

5.2. If you experience pest activity within 30 days of our treatment, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost.

5.3. Our guarantee does not cover pests introduced to the property after our treatment, or if recommended prevention measures were not followed.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. You agree to follow all preparation instructions provided prior to service.

6.2. You agree to inform us of any known allergies, medical conditions, or other concerns that may be relevant to the products and methods used.

6.3. You agree to follow any post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.

7. Liability

7.1. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot be held liable for any damage that is an unavoidable result of providing the pest control service.

7.2. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for your protection and ours.

7.3. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle all client information according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
